Who’s watching?
George Orwell
[Printed Book Covers]

Brief:

Create three book covers based on three conceptual ideas around three words: person, setting, object.

Person revolves around the main character, Winston who suffers bouts of anxiety during the novel. His narration, almost trance-like, reflects his crippling condition.

Setting is based on the constraining nature of living in a surveillance state, every action in strict order otherwise, total dissapearance.

Object is the telescreen, a machine for propaganda. The book explores blurring of truth and what happens when fact comes to light, which I wanted to reflect typographically.
